“supporting young people to achieve their full potential, living in the community”
ETHOS AND VALUES OUR MISSION
Our core beliefs and values provide the foundation for our approach to service delivery and quality. We believe that early intervention is critical to giving all young people and young adults with mental health difficulties the best start in life and support them during their adverse challenges.

At tulip care our aim is to follow these values: be safe | make responsible choices | try our best

We believe that no young person should have to face mental health problems alone but receive support to manage their difficulties.

We believe that how we approach our work is as important as the work itself. Our four key values shape everything we do:
Compassion – we put young people first and listen to their needs so we can really help them
Integrity – we make decisions based on what’s right for our young people.
Perseverance – we strive to constantly improve our services, based on evidence and research.
Creativity – we embrace change, explore new ideas and put creativity at the heart of our service.
